Sportytrader Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Sportytrader, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. These conditions are in place to protect every user and ensure the platform remains fair.

Age & Identity

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Sportytrader.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be fully accurate and truthful.
• If a KYC verification request is made, you will be required to provide a copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Sportytrader reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

One Account Policy

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.
• Multiple family members sharing the same address or device may hold separate accounts, but Sportytrader must be notified in advance.

Account Security

• Keep your password and login details completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Sportytrader immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly strengthens the security of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Our goal is to make financial transactions on Sportytrader as simple and secure as possible. The rules below help keep this process running smoothly.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payments are credited to your wallet instantly.
• No extra charges are deducted on deposits — what you send is exactly what you receive.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only — transfers from third-party numbers will not be accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 minutes. Larger amounts (above ৳10,000) may take up to 24 hours to verify.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Sportytrader reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4 Betting Rules & Result Settlement

The following rules are followed to keep the betting process on Sportytrader fair and transparent. In any disputed situation, Sportytrader's decision is final.

Bet Confirmation

• A bet is finalised once you press the confirm button on the bet slip, and the stake is immediately deducted from your wallet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — only the cash-out feature may be used.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned to your wallet.
• The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.

Result Determination

• All bet results are taken from the official score feed — typically within 30 minutes of the event ending.
• If a match is suspended or abandoned and does not resume within the specified timeframe, the bet will be declared void and the stake refunded.
• Sportytrader reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Cash Out

• Cash out may not be available on all matches or markets.
• The cash-out value offered depends on the conditions at that moment and is subject to change.
• Partial Cash Out is also available — you can cash out a portion of your bet and let the rest ride.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Sportytrader offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions — make sure you read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement — typically 15x to 25x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — any bonus not used within that period will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• One welcome bonus per account — attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Cashback & VIP Rewards

• VIP cashback and rebates can generally be withdrawn with no wagering requirements.
• App bonus points apply for the first thirty days of each calendar month.
• Terms for special event bonuses are published separately on the respective event page.

6 Lottery Section Rules

Sportytrader's lottery section operates under its own separate rules. It is important to have a clear understanding of ticket purchases, the draw process, and prize distribution.

• The ticket price and prize pool for each lottery are clearly stated on the draw page.
• Once a ticket purchase is complete, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — unless the draw is cancelled.
• Once the draw is complete, the winning numbers will be announced and prizes will be automatically credited to the winner's wallet.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical error, all ticket amounts will be refunded.
• Large winnings (above ৳50,000) may require additional identity verification.
• There is a maximum number of tickets one person may purchase in a single draw — this limit is stated separately for each draw.

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and safe environment, Sportytrader strictly prohibits certain activities. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Using false or altered information to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system, using bots, or running automated betting software is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.
• Gaming on behalf of, or in association with, minors is strictly prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Sportytrader may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain specific circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time may result in withdrawals and certain services being temporarily suspended.
• After prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months), an account may be moved to sleeping status.
• Users can also request account closure at any time — simply contact support to get the process started.
• If a valid balance exists, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed — this may not apply in cases of terms violations.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Sportytrader believes entertainment should always be enjoyable. If you ever feel that gaming or betting is getting out of control, reaching out for help is the right thing to do.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from 1 day up to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in to your account during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from your account for 6 months or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during this period.
• Reality check: you can enable a reminder that shows how many hours you've spent logged into your account.

10 Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Sportytrader reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email and app notifications.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• If any change is unacceptable to you, you may request to close your account.
• In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions, the laws of Curaçao will apply.
• If a dispute arises, please first attempt to resolve it through Sportytrader's support team — the majority of issues are resolved this way.
